Believed to be the first large exhibition of Chinese Pendants of this period in the world. The only previous known exhibitions had been held by Liberty's of London in 1919 and 1925 of a small number entitled 'Jade Amulets'.

plaque, each side with a panel, one with two seated ladies reading a book
together the top part will carved with two confronting dragons. The reverse is
also with two confronting dragons but the tablet is carved in relief with a long
inscription signed by Zigang.

mouth and another baby dragon clambering to the side.

feeding, and a complicated design of leaves and ruyi fungus, with leaves to one side.

duck, her head pointing backwards while trying to eat water weed, her wings folded by her side.
Towards her tail is a baby duck with her neck folded around and head also to one side curled to
eat a piece of water weed.

body representing a pearl and a large dragon, the upper part of it protecting the pearl with two

carved with two large quail eating at the stalks of ruyi fungus whilst sitting on an artemis leaf.

mushroom. Around one of the stems of the mushrooms is a bi disc carved loosely to turn freely

younger cat playing together, the older cats ear's carved from the darker olive along with the bat on
its back. The younger cat is with a brown bat on its back too and both cats are resting on an
