Mother Duck With Duckling Pendant
White nephrite pendant.

Nephrite, mutton fat with slight russet inclusions, carved with the charming
subject of a mother duck, her head pointing backwards while trying to eat water
weed, her wings folded by her side. Towards her tail is a baby duck with
her neck folded around and head also to one side curled to eat a piece of water
weed.
Chinese, 18th Century.
Attachments: Lapis lazuli bead, seed pearls and black cord.
