Exhibition Poster for the Robert Hall Gallery.

The poster for an exhibition at the Robert Hall Gallery.  Staged during the 1987 International Chinese Snuff Bottle Convention in London. None of them were for sale.

Green jadeite pendant

Jadeite, bright green, carved and pierced with bamboo, prunus and ruyi fungus with a tropical long tailed bird down one side.

Muttonfat nephrite pendant

Nephrite, white carved in the form of a butterfly with long proboscis, the other side with a beetle amongst scrolling flowers and ruyi fungus.

Pure white nephrite pendant

Nephrite, mutton fat, carved in the form of a reclining dog with one rear paw in its mouth, its tail looped over onto its back to form the suspension area for the pendant.

Nephrite, mutton fat, carved in the form of a silk moth and two worms interlocked in a yin yang style on a flowering mulberry leaf.

Muttonfat nephrite pendant

Nephrite, mutton fat, rounded form pierced and carved with a sage and staff crossing a bridge by a pavilion, in the foreground is a pine tree; the reverse with butterflies amongst scrolling foliage.

Nephrite, mutton fat, carved as a square plaque, each side with a panel, one with two seated ladies reading a book together the top part will carved with two confronting dragons. The reverse is also with two confronting dragons but the tablet is carved in relief with a long inscription signed by Zigang.

Nephrite, white mutton fat, carved and pierced through out with an elaborate design of two birds feeding, and a complicated design of leaves and ruyi fungus, with leaves to one side.

Nephrite, mutton fat with slight russet inclusions, carved with the charming subject of a mother duck, her head pointing backwards while trying to eat water weed, her wings folded by her side.  Towards her tail is a baby duck with her neck folded around and head also to one side curled to eat a piece of water weed.

Nephrite, mutton fat with a small russet area carved as lingzhi fungus. The body of the pendant carved with two large quail eating at the stalks of ruyi fungus whilst sitting on an artemis leaf.

Nephrite, mutton fat colour with the outside russet colours from the pebble ingeniously carved as mushroom. Around one of the stems of the mushrooms is a bi disc carved loosely to turn freely from the same material as the whole body.

Nephrite, pale celadon colour with russet inclusions, carved with a duck with its feathers on display and sprays of ruyi fungus which are also being bitten by a dragon, which mingle within the lines of the carving of the duck.

Nephrite, a small area carved from a much larger pebble. The brown russet mottled outside left un-carved and polished, the inside white area, vigorously carved with two writhing chi dragons.

Nephrite, mutton fat with a mottled russet skin probably from the outside of the pebble, carved with a rather plump fish with a spray of lotus in its mouth. A well carved, bright green jadeite ring, in the form of a dragon biting its tail.

Nephrite, white mutton fat with darker brown olive skin, the white carved with a mother cat and younger cat playing together, the older cats ear's carved from the darker olive along with the bat on its back. The younger cat is with a brown bat on its back too and both cats are resting on an artemis leaf.
