A fine Kobako containing four boxes for perfume, decorated in Somada style lacquer and gold. 

The cover shows children playing various musical instruments in a garden outside a terrace. The sides of the cover are decorated with fundame pattern and shell emblems.

The set of four boxes are similarly worked with flowering plants, butterflies, and birds.
